5 weeks until I go to Japan, I want to lose as much weight as possible before then. I have gained lately to a ridiculous extent, it needs to stop. Now.

Well I am happy I lost a decent amount in a fairly short period of time, BUT my starting weight came as a big shock to me- hadn’t weighed myself in a while and I assumed I was still ~130 so I can’t say I’m too impressed in that sense.
